About the Event
About Our Camp:
Cost: $100
Campers will gain the essential skills necessary for their development and leave with tools to continue working on ways to improve daily. We will provide a fun, but also challenging experience to help encourage campers to reach outside of their comfort zone. Our high school players will be assisting with teaching and encouraging campers. Through various stations, half court competitions, group discussions and more, our camp will truly focus on player development at every skill level.
Main Areas of Focus:
Basketball fundamentals:
- Ball handling and differentiated ball handling moves based on skill level
- Layups and finishing techniques
- Proper footwork techniques
- Proper defensive stance and spacing
- How to attack the basket with purpose
- Passing fundamentals
Basketball communication:
- Proper on court communication
Competitions:
- 3 on 3 competitions
- Queen of the Court
- Shooting competitions
- Layup competitions
Daily lunch will also be provided as well as a GOOD TIME!
